My baby is 21 days old and I am a breastfeeding mom and I have been having back pain for the last 3-4 days and now the pain has increased so much that it has started spreading from my hips to my entire legs.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 weeks agoA. Hope you are taking calcium supplement abd also taj’s hot water bag and apply mahanarayan tail from lower back to legs or sesame oil as it will really help avoid forward bending and also while feeding the baby take support of pillows

Priyanka SajwanMom of 2 children3 weeks agoA. if you are taking calcium tablets then it is most probably because of your tiredness... you simply need more rest.. so find someone who can give at least a few hours of rest to you.

Did you have a C-section or a normal delivery because with a lot of women with C-section this is common but with normal delivery also when you sit for a long time this can happen so check with your doctor what ointment can you apply followed by warm compress which will be very helpful
