My baby is 2 year 19 month he don’t speak anything till now only aa ew oh that’s it please suggest me what’s going on I’m so worried

A. Hai good morning !! By 2-2.5 years babies speak words around 40-50 words ,small sentences . As you observe baby is not speaking words ,observe baby has reached other milestones,gross ,fine motor skills check with Developmental paediatrician,speech therapist about this. Few babies have speech issues ,milestone delay ,assessment should be done with Developmental paediatrician .
