Q.
my baby is 1 year old and his wt is 7 kg Dr said that he had exposure of tb bacteria and started tb tablet ....also Mantoux test is positive...shall we do sputum test or Mantoux is confirmatory...shall I start the tb tablet or not... plz advice me...

There is a sure shot issue then you should start with a medicine that your paediatrician has advised you to add otherwise if you’ve any kind of doubt relating to it then you can consult another paediatrician as well and if the both the doctors are saying the same thing then you start with the course of medicine
