my baby having nasal congestion and sneezing. No fever symptoms

It’s common in the season specially when rainy is there or winter for a child to have issues like this you can check with your doctor if oral medicine medicines would be required apart from that you can give steam to the child indirectly and can also put nasal drops every 4 to 6 hours
