My baby has small lump back side of right ear from last 4months. what the reason? it has no pain.

Without a physical assessment I cannot confirm what it can be but it could be lipoma which is a very common thing to be seen with kids it is a genetic issue which is there which works which is basically a fat ball but it doesn’t create any problem but check with your doctor once
