My baby has no proper schedule of sleep, She is 18M old and she sleeps 1:00AM Everyday and wakes up at 9:00AM

A. Hello dear parent , you are saying baby does not have proper sleeping pattern. And you are also saying baby sleeps at 1 am everyday. So this is the routine that your baby is following. You can avoid making baby sleep in the afternoon to make sleep early in the evening at around 8 pm or so.
