my baby completed 5 month shall I introduce solid and how many times can I give.. because my milk supply low and she refuses to formula feed

A. Before 6 month’s Milk is the main nutrition Solid are for just practice so u can start with once a day only and quantity is 1-2 table spoons

A. Hello! Ideally semi solids and water should be given to the baby only after completion of six months. Until then it is either breastmilk or formula. But in case if you want to start it better to check with your consulting paediatrician.
