You can now give him all usual family foods , stuff paranthas, panner , ghee , milk shakes made with fresh fruits , sago , soya , dry fruits and nuts , also you can give eggs
shashiMom of a 2 yr 1 m old boy3 days agoA. Add one teaspoon spoon desi ghee (clarified butter) twice a day either in sabji or khichdi pr rice etc..
Add banana in diet chart.
Roasted makhana kheer is also very good option for weight gain (roast makhana and dry fruits, chana, sabudaana makhe powder in mixer then store it and serve with milk or water) In winter besan nariyan and dry fruits ladoo is very good option..that works for me..
give atleast two proper meal and 1 snacks time(seasonal fruits, ladoo, roasted makhana, chana etc)
