my baby boy is 1month 18days old. his current weight is 3.69 kg and birth weight is 2.70kg. is his weight is normal or he is gaining less.

Its Proximately 1 KG that your child has gained 10 gm is behind in completing full figure so it’s perfectly fine your child has gained one KG in one month approximately that’s a very very healthy weight gain so continue breastfeeding your child in the same manner
