AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 7 m old boy1 week agoA. Hello mama Stomach should be clear daily... Increase the water intake and include fiber rich food in diet like papaya pear plum prunes carrots Dalia palak cabbage guava etc to give relief from constipation. Avoid food that contains maida as it causes constipation.
