Okay Maam if your doctor has already told you that there is no need for tetanus for another five years then you are good to go with it but as a mother I think you should look at the current situation of your child that there is a car there is swelling so just consult your doctor physically once if they advise you to go for the injection then get it done otherwise don’t but there is no harm getting ejected
