He is probably not liking the taste Try to enhance the food taste by adding age appropriate flavours You can add slight Jeera, Pepper, Elaichi, Cinnamon, Clove, Capsicum, Methi, Jaggery, etc.. Choose maximum 1-2 flavors at a time as he is small. Do consult with your pediatric before starting all these...
