my 5 week baby spitting 3 to 4 times after each feed. He is gaining normal weight n passing urine more than 10 times a day. is it cause of concern

Actually kids have a very poor digestion in this age which is why they vomit quite a lot in this age and due to stomach reflex of vomiting increases so currently with the details that you are mentioning I can tell you that that’s a very normal thing to be seen with a child and nothing to be worried
