My 4month old baby is exclusively breastfed and hasn’t passed stool for past 12 days. However, she is passing gas and doesn’t seem to have any stomach pain or discomfort. I’m concerned because its been quite a while since her last bowel movement. 12 days ago she passed a medium hard stool and cried while passing it, but since then she hasn’t had another bowel movement.
