My 4 year 9 months old daughter is not feeling hungry from the past 2 days and is not eating food as she used to eat earlier. Her activities seems to be normal and is playful but is not eating and when I force feed her she refuses and says I am not hungry. What will I do? Please help Should I visit doctor?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 weeks agoA. Namaste Mom, No not required as she seems to be active as usual, at times it does happen , its fine not to force feed them, instead make the child is not consuming any junk foods, and also offer her fruits or fluids

A lot of time this could be due to getting bored of the similar kind of food and sometimes could be due to deficiency of iron in the body so you can just check with your doctor once and you can proceed with your doctors advice on the situation that is there
