my 10 month baby is not sleeping at night. cries very much and wants to play at 3 or 4 am. can i get a food chart with timings by which i can get to know that whether i am feeding her on a wrong time.

It’s Important for you to feed proper lunch to the child and proper dinner to the child and after dinner you should be giving milk to the child before you put your child to sleep that’s the right way to go about it and you should be giving something heavy like porridge or Khichdi or you can give Roti sabji as well what ever you like that should be the dinner and avoid making your child sleep in the daytime
