Q.

My 1 yr 1 m old son have phemosis type issue.so we go to doctor and he give cream to apply on it. it's open now but 3 white spot in his private part. he doesn't have any issue to pass urine. I am attaching snip below. could you please suggest, can we visit the doctor again or it's normal?

A. they are smegma pearls. no treatment required. it is removed surgically only if it is causing any pain to the child. More proper information and answer regarding this will be given by your personal doctor and you can contact your doctor for this You can check with the nearest doctor. Take care.
