ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist1 week agoA. dear mum, weight of 6.5 kg is on the lower side. For healthy weight gain give 3 meals a day and up to half katori every time. give foods like eggs, pulses, curd, paneer, cheese, fruits, veg, powdered nuts.
