POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. 3 years ke child ko aap almost sab kuch feed kar sakte hain jo aap eat karte hain, but make sure woh properly cooked ho. Diet mein aap yeh foods de sakte hain like oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, omelette, boiled egg, seasonal fruits, besan and beetroot cheela, dalia, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, pan cake, waffle, legumes, ghee, rice with dal, upma, poha, idli-dosa with sambhar and 500-550 ml milk everyday. 3 main meals feed karein and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water.
