Mera beta 4.5 years ka hai wo hamesha bolta rhta hai ki mujhe chakkar aa rhe hai sir ghum rha hai mujhe smajh nhi aa rha ki sach me uske sath aisa hota hai ya aise hi bolta hai mujhe kya karna chahiye

A. Also pretend this age but if the child has been constantly complaining about the same thing there is no harm getting it checked by your doctor so at least you will come to know whether there is some problem or not
