Okay I think it is a little delay in the growth of your child if your child is unable to follow the command also please see is your child responding to its name or making an eye contact because if all these things are not in place then it is a problem I would advise you to consult a child psychologist and please take a homeopathic treatment for the child seems like your child is having a little bit of delay in the growth
