RashmiMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl2 weeks agoA. Proper workout and diet is only going to help if you want you can take a diet from a dietician and for workout I would recommend you to do gym or yoga whatever you are more comfortable with and that keeps you motivated to lose weight
