is it necessary nt to give salt and sugar for 1 year ?

A. Most of the doctors say the same thing but some doctor say that you can give salt and jaggery and all of courses are allowed to be given to the child but salt and sugar is a big question so if you want you can give salt I also gave as per my doctors advice which is by my child learnt to eat everything properly but sugar introduced after the age of 1 instead I use jaggery and I used to sweeten the food
