I’ve two children; one is 3.1 years old and other is 1.3 months old. The 3.1 year one hardly eats any solid , intakes almost 1.25 litres of milk. If I force feed him he vomits it out and even if I stop milk , he won’t eat any solid. What shall I do ?

A. U Should start with iron supplements for the child because it seems like your child is having deficiency of iron which is why your child is just not able to eat properly for drinking only milk and that is good that your child is drinking milk but that is not going to be sufficient at this age
