A. you must use tea tree face wash. ithelps in treating acne and pimples.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 5 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hey! At this age it is pre adolescent acne. Gentle cleansing is very important by using a milk fragrance free cleanser twice a day. Avoid scrubbing, no squeezing spots. As the child is under 10, it is better to consult a paediatrician or dermatologist for this condition.
