I'm mom of 8 months 18 days baby boy I'm having fever can I take medicine as my baby is having breast milk

Dolo 650 you can take that’s a good one to take or you can take a regular paracetamol that you’re aware about it it’s completely normal and say for a woman to take these basic medicines during the time of fever even if there are breastfeeding mother
