i m a mother of twins elder baby they turned 9 today,elder one s still trying to sit with support of hand where as younger of trying to stand with help of table or chair. as for elder one she still cannot sit without support n crawls on her tummy just wanted to know is this something I need to be worry about she is always been little late in every milestones actually like flipping back n forth, crawling etc.

A. sitting without support and crawling in children may sometimes come after one year of age also. if the growth of the child is proper no need to worry. just take care of regular diet and baby massage which will help in strengthening the muscles nededed for sitting and crawling. in some cases crawling may be absent in children and directly the child will begin to strand with support and later walk with support and then without support. take a medical check up done to confirm if there is need of any intervention.
