ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist21 hours agoA. dear , this can b normal as in pregnancy the fluid volume increases so water needs increase also dry n warm weather sweat can increase need small frequent water intake , avoid sugary drinks and excess oily ,salty food

It is very normal sometimes it is due to irritation in the throat also that you keep feeling thirsty all the time but since all your reports and all are normal no need to Worry about it you can have different liquids to satisfy and quench the thirst that you are having
