I heard that in my society a baby is born with disability and his brain is not working ,he cant move at all so I want to know what is the cause of this disability in new born is there any complications in pregnancy or what?

Sometimes they could be complications during the time of pregnancy but in the 90% of the cases Dr come to know it because of the sonography because it has become really very advanced and sometimes it can happen after delivery also that you know the oxygen does not reach the brain of the child or there could be various numerous reasons associated with this
