I have twin babies and they are 13 months now every day after 8:30 in night they start getting cranky and keep crying till they sleep though they have dinner by 8:30 what is the reason

Namaste Mom, Well they are many reasons for this , could be tiredness, or even bloating, or any sort of discomfort also try to prepare them for bed time, so a quick sponge bath, change of clothes, light massages , and stretches, leg massages mainly works.. if possible take them out for some time, even that means standing out in open or moving around in a balcony or your house
