Q.

I have cut my 4 month old baby's finger nails little deep and blood came out. Bleeding stopped in few mins but I am worried how long does it take to heal and any other measures to prevent infection. Please advise

A. Betadine you can apply and if it was a nail cutter that you used you should check with the doctor if you need to get a tetanus done because if you have got done DPT then it’s not a problem but still you need to check with your doctor regarding that and it is going to heal with the ointment I am suggesting over the period
