Q.

I have 4 months 12 days baby she is suffering from cold and cough from 3 days if there is any problem to take IPV vaccine

A. sir...iam using cough and cold medicine it is countinue after vaccination..

A. can take simple cough and cold as well as simple discomfort of the child for a few days is not a contraindication for vaccination and it is advisable tos go for vaccination at the earliest. the maximum you can delay would be around 2-3 weeks but after that it is advisable not to delay the vaccination if still in confusiosn you can meet your doctor who will examine the child and tell you whether vaccination delay is preferable or you can go for vaccination
