Q.

I have 2 kids aged 7 and 9 years weighing 14 and 20kgs and height is 3ft 7inch and 4ft respectively both are girls.. they are the shortest in their classes...neighbours ask if they are in kindergarten.. I always give healthy food to kids.. they eat well... I am really worried about their height and weight.. what if they don't attain particular height and weight by puberty ..

A. dear mum , the indicator of growth for this age is BMI percentile . it is normal for ur 9 yr old child but it is on the lower side for the 7 yr old child follow up with the pediatrician
