Q.
I dropped my mobile phone on my 2 month old baby's face and I am afraid that it must have hurt his eye. I regret holding the phone in front of him and will never do that again..he cried for 2 mins and has been showing normal behaviour after that incident..I am worried if it must have affected his eye..there is no swelling or injury though..please suggest.

amrutaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. same happened with my 2 month old baby. i was on phone while feeding her supported phone with my shoulder and by my shoulder happen to move and phone dropped on her. she also cried for a min or so but worried after that and felt super guilty.

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children6 years agoA. If u don't see any visible injury for the eyes. Then I don't think u have to worry. If u notice swelling or redness or any discharge or excessive water from the eye or the baby rubbing the eyes more often u can visit the doctor. Otherwise Don't worry. Accidents happen. You can be more careful next time. Don't be guilty.
