I ate 4 pieces of spanish mackerel (vanjaram fish) without knowing whether I should consume it or not... Will there be any effect to my baby ? Am breastfeeding him and he is 45 days old. Please i need someone’s help. I am so much worried regarding this😭😭

Hi parent if you're child is happy and healthy and active and take proper sleep and food then no need to worry about this matter please always first consult with your pediatrician or gynecologist about this matter please take well balance diet with adequate quantity of water and sleep well
