Q.
i am in my 5 months pregnancy.and I am experiencing severe pain in my heels and soles of my feet.the pain is so intense that I am unable to sleep properly .it is especially severe in my right foot..i would like to know that what could be causing this pain and what treatment is safe during pregnancy. please advise

You should consult your gynaecologist regarding the issues that you’re facing as different Women experience different kind of thing but if they can advise you with some exercise massage or maybe some medication during the time of pregnancy which will help in healing the issues you are facing
