I am a breastfeeding mother to a baby girl 27 days old.she was born via c-section.although i am in taking lot of water,i am facing constipation issue.what can I do

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr old girl3 weeks agoA. Some women faced this problem after their delivery you can check with your doctor to take a laxative and try to consume more of fibre as well as you should take buttermilk and papaya every day which would be helpful
