best way would be to make them sit along and feed from your plate as now all usual family foods can be introduced , here you can slowly add in spices in small quantities, instead of red chilles, black pepper can be used

You should give very less amount of chilli if you’re willing to add slowly the child is going to adapt to taste initially it should be like that the child should not feel that there is any chilli in the food it should be that and gradually you can increase the amount that you are putting in which is the right way to proceed with
