AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom By 4 months the weight should be anywhere between 5-8 kgs.. Ideally the weight gets double the birth weight by five months.. Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. Take care
