Q.
How much of weight gain is ideal for a 24 weeks pregnant lady? my doctor has asked me to consider the weight gain from week 10 onwards...but I am now confused why week 0-10 is not been counted? if i count well from week 0-24 ..i have gained almost 10 kg's...where as from week 10-24 it's around 5 kg weight gain.. please help me fix this confusion π€

Because the initial three months actually women do not gain as a good weight because I have vomiting issues and have another issue which is why they mostly calculated from about 10 to 12 weeks only I have gained about 10 to 15 kgs in total amount of weight you should be givenWrite Your Answer Here
