Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. generally it depends on the weight of the baby you can give 5 ml 3 times a day Dolo 120 to the baby Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
