The weight has got nothing to do with the age I was telling you the weight precisely has got everything with the height so basically if you are more than 5’6” to 5’7” then this weight is appropriate but if you are shorter than that or taller than that then the weight is going to be different so accordingly you should work because everything matters a lot when you decide the way body structure heavy bones so you have to check accordingly
