hiii mam, my son 1year 3months his weight 7kgs.he is very active but not getting weight. he reached every milestone currently.

A. That is very good to know that the child has reached all the milestones but currently in the situation I would recommend you to please consult your doctor they will be able to give you better assistance in terms of the diet and supplement that you should start giving to the child
