hii my 21 days old baby making too much noise while sleeping, also he is always straching his body while sleeping or feeding and making the noise as he has taking aalas it's normal or should I consult to the doctor?

What kind of noise are you talking about can you give a little bit of clarification on that and stretching the body as you mentioned is normal because the child has been in like a very small place so they also like to stretch their body to relax which is absolutely normal
