Hi Sir, Myself Shivansh father and my query is 1day back my son has taken the 2nd month vaccination and from yesterday je is not taking proper feed and also yesterday night he is vomiting after feed. Kindly sugest for the same.

A. it s normal and a phase will be normal. baby on touch can have warm soles and head. It s a normal and healthy thing. Check temperature at armpit level and if above 99 fahrenheit then we treat fever in babies. Can give drops paracetamol like  calpol / T 98 / Sumol as per ba y weight . Can be repeated every 6 hours . After vaccine fever can or cannot be there. Can be treated by calpol drops
