hi my son is having this mark around lips nowhere else in body had been red some time n like dry skin shedding, we been to doctors they giben vaseline to apply they say it doesnt seem ezema to them, n he never seem itchy bt it 6month around and its not curing , it seem discoloration. plz suggest something
