Hi my baby is 4 months old but he is not able to control his neck.Is this normal?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl9 months agoA. A child will have a partial stability of the neck by the time of three months and total stability that when we talk about it is going to be seen after completing the time of six months so right now partial stability should be seen and that is right
