hi my baby is 13 months old and he has stopped eating solid food... he is only on formula milk and sometimes breastfeeding...he spits out every single bit of food given to him...he was fine few days back..... what can be the reason can anyone help....

In such case you should just keep trying and try to give very light food to your baby sure we can digest it. And if you will continue giving formula milk all the time then baby will never start taking proper meals because milk kills the hunger and also affects babies appetite
