hi i need a help I have a problem which is varginal itching which comes before 10 or 5 days of period once the period start that itchiness goes and I don't have problem for 3 weeks and againit comes back before 10 or 5 days before period I can't able to tolerate the itching it very sever can you suggest some remedies or which doctor should I consult

A. Itching could be due to vaginal dryness so start doing one thing soak cotton in coconut oil and apply closer to that area and make sure you are hydrated especially during those days and include curd or butter milk in your diet

A. Consult your gynaecologist they have an expertise in this area and they will be able to tell you exactly what may be the situation different Women experience different things maybe 5 to 6 days before their period starts but I think it would be good for you to consult a gynaecologist now
