hi..I'm 26 old..I have more hair fall..what shampoo will cure my problem..don't know what to do

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. can opt any good anti hair fal shampoo, There are multiple causes of hair fall like hormonal, nutritional deficiencies, thyroid problems, certain drugs, post pregnancy hormonal changes.. etc So detail history is required for this.. Good to contact skin care specialist. Protien rich food should be consume.

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Or extract onion juice and dip a cotton ball in it and apply all over your scalp. Leave it for 20-30 mins and then rinse it off using a mild shampoo. Follow this once a week. Or soak methi seeds in water overnight. Then grind the seeds and make a paste which is spreadable. Start applying the paste from the roots to the tips. Cover your hair with a shower cap. Leave it for 40 mins and then wash off using cold water. Repeat this once or twice a month.

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Eat foods rich in iron, zinc and other vitamins. Ask your doctor whether you can take some vitamin supplements for the same. Boil the dried amla with coconut oil till the oil becomes black. Let it cool down and then massage your hair with this oil. Leave it for 20 mins and then shampoo your hair as usual. Repeat this twice a week.
